A Season of Life: Helping Families Be Together
After holding several open houses across Phoenix and the East Valley, the majority of visitors are seeking the same thing. Extended families are looking to be closer to each other.
The grandparents want to live closer to their grandkids. Kids want to live close to their aging parents to help if needed. I helped my in-laws relocate to the Valley and now I’m helping my parents move closer to their grandkids.
These clients have different price points, desired locations, timelines, and financing options, but there are recurring themes. Entertaining space to have everyone over for Sunday dinner. No two-story house, unless it has a downstairs primary bedroom. A quiet community. Near parks, golf course, shopping, and healthcare facilities. Low maintenance. Turnkey.
Between market uncertainty and new technology, the home buying or selling process can be overwhelming. Many older people never thought they’d be buying a house later in life, and are unsure how the homebuying process changed years or decades ago.
People often tell me that I’m in a “season of life” when I tell them all of the stress or concerns I have when raising my two boys. I think for those looking to move closer to their kids and grandkids, they want their season of life to be the best yet.
With every transaction and interaction, I'm building on information that can help you weather all seasons. My goal is to find you or your loved ones the house that will become the home of many good memories for those you hold dear.
As I work with my own parents on their journey, I am ready to help others find their next home as quickly and smoothly as possible. I look forward to hearing from you.
